Practical Information

You do not need to wear expensive yoga clothing! Just make sure you are comfortable and can move freely. It is good to wear layers so you can adapt to different stages of the class.
You don’t need much to practice yoga! For One-To-One and small group classes everything is provided. If you want to bring your own mat that you are comfortable with please do.
For group classes please bring your own mat. I will usually have a couple of spares in case you are new to yoga and want to try it out before buying, or if you are more experienced but forget your own!
It is your responsibility to inform the teacher if you have any injuries or ailments that may affect your practice prior to the start of each class so that suitable modifications can be provided.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the class so that you can set up your mat and get comfortable.
It is advisable not to eat two hours before practicing yoga.
It is advisable not to drink water 30 minutes before practicing yoga so that you can build prana. However, if you do need water then obviously please do so!
