Weekly yoga sessions for boys aged 11 to 17. Incorporates teen yoga and mindfulness to help physical and emotional wellbeing. Perfect for teens who might be studying hard or playing lots of sport or in need of a healthy escape from the teenage rollercoaster.

Single classes £12 or sign up for the term for a discount.
